My name is Scarlet Santos. I’m 26 years old and I like listening to music, reading books and watching movies. I am the youngest among my siblings, 2 boys 4 girls, and was born under the sign Pisces, which according to some is a very sensitive sign. I believe that’s true because I tend to trust people easily!

我是史佳蕾桑托斯，今年26歲，興趣是聽音樂、閱讀、看電影。家裡六個兄弟姐妹中，我是年紀最小的。我是感情豐富的雙魚座，容易相信人。

Ì believe I would be more efficient in conversational English since I have been working in the call center industry since 2005. I have dealt with a lot of customers and conducted QA talks to new hires, as well as calibration with clients out of the country. Therefore, I can share this experience to my students and teach diverse topics to them.

我可以有效地用英語交談，有幾年在客戶服務中心工作的經驗，處理過很多客戶諮詢電話並負責安排新員工的面試問答，同時也是與國外客戶溝通的橋樑，因此，我能在課堂上分享這些經驗並模擬各種主題教學。
