台灣高球員在LPGA州立農場菁英賽奪冠，以三桿之差擊敗克里斯蒂科爾。
The Taiwanese golfer won the LPGA
State Farm Classic, finishing 3 strokes ahead of Cristie Kerr.

來自台灣的世界第一高球選手曾雅妮在週日奪下另一座獎盃，她在LPGA州立農場經典賽領先群雄。
Yani Tseng, the Taiwanese
world golfing No. 1, picked up another trophy on Sunday when she finished top of
the leaderboard at the LPGA State Farm Classic.

曾雅妮在週六第三輪打出66桿，低於標準桿6桿之後晉升領先地位，在最後一天她也始終沒有被超越的危險。她第四局以68桿收尾，一共以低於標準桿21桿的成績結束決賽。
Tseng
moved into the lead on the 3rd round on Saturday after shooting a 6-under-par
66, and she never looked like being overtaken on the final day. She hit a
4th-round 68 to finish on 21 under for the tournament.

美國球員克里斯蒂科爾最後以三桿落後，她講到要超越狀況極佳的曾雅妮所面臨的難處，「我打得很好。我只是需要讓那些推桿可以靠近洞，讓它們有機會可以進洞…留下一些遺憾。最後一洞要是能有博蒂就好了，但是也沒差了。她領先太多了。」
American
Cristie Kerr finished 3 shots back and spoke of the difficulties she had in
beating in-form Tseng: “I played good. I just needed to get some of those putts
to the hole and give them a chance to go in…left a couple short. It would have
been nice to make birdie on the last hole, but it didn't matter. She was too far
ahead.”

對已經在今年LPGA巡迴賽贏得九十萬五千七百二十五美元的曾雅妮來說，這個勝利鞏固了她球后的寶座，但是她沒有花多少心思在思考這個。「目前為止我都打得很好，但是現在我不再去想。」她說。
For
Tseng, who has now won US$905,725 on the LPGA tour this year, the victory
cements her place as the world’s best, but she doesn’t spend much time thinking
about that. “I’ve been doing pretty good, so now I don't think about it
anymore,” she said.

但是她也說她很努力提升自己，繼續進步，「我們必須要繼續努力，因為如果你停在原地，其他人很快就會追上你。所以那些球員激勵我努力，我也激勵他們努力。」
However,
she did add that she’s working hard to keep improving and keep moving forward:
“We have to keep working hard, because if you just stop there, everybody is
going to catch you very soon. So those players push me harder and I push them
harder.”
